Homenaje a la tapa más conocida de la ciudad, las bravas del bar Tomàs. En el corazón del barrio de Sarrià, el espacio conserva el ambiente de los bares de hace cincuenta años. "Existen poco bares que mantengan el espíritu de los antiguos locales".
Además , el bar Iborra, , que también está en Sarrià, tiene las mismas bravas que las del Tomàs. El local es más moderno y tiene aire acondicionado, pero no es lo mismo. El Iborra abre los días que el Tomàs cierra.
El éxito de estas bravas es sin duda la salsa: un alioli suave que no te destroza y un picante gustoso que no abrasa. ¡Y las patatas recién hechas
El Bar Tomàs es un bar que suele estar repleto de gente joven,si bien son muchas las celebridades que han pasado por él (por ejemplo la infanta Cristina es otra fan del local).Tiene una pequeña terraza que da a la calle mayor que es peatonal, por lo que se respira bastante tranquilidad
