Slàinte toma su nombre del famoso brindis gaèlic que significa “salut!” tanto en irlandès como en escocès, i es el grupo más veterano de la llamada música celta en Catalunya.
Actualmente se centran en los bailes más frenéticos i las canciones más bellas de las antiguas Hibèrnia i Caledònia (Irlanda i Escòcia)
Slàinte named after the famous gaèlic toast which means "salut!" Both in Ireland and Scotland, and it actually is the most veteran Celtic music group in Catalonia.
Currently they focus on the more frenetic dance songs and in the most beautiful songs of the ancient Hibernia and Caledonia (Ireland and Scotland)
